International Business Developer

Skills

  • You have the grit and motivation to build a global customer portfolio.
  • You thrive in a startup environment, combining ambition with common sense.
  • You have experience in B2B business development (preferably in selling artificial intelligence solutions).
  • You have a proven sales track record in SaaS solutions or in selling large consultancy projects.
  • You are a true hunter who is very results-oriented but also capable of building customer loyalty over the long term.
  • You are a Team Player, solution-oriented, proactive, autonomous and curious about innovations.
  • You speak and write English fluently and are capable of working in a by-origin Dutch-speaking team.
  • You are prepared to travel internationally for up to 1 week per month.

Responsibilities

  • Your mission is to identify potential customers, contact them and close deals with customers worldwide for Solvice’s optimization products.
  • You will prospect a wide range of international technology companies on the global market. Your focus will be on software vendors in the scheduling and workforce planning market, and professional service companies with strong practice in AI, decision intelligence and optimization.
  • You are motivated by the development of your customer portfolio (80% hunting); while pursuing the loyalty of existing customers (20% farming).
  • You learn to know your market and proactively identify the best development opportunities.
  • You close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
  • You conclude commercial agreements within the framework of the pricing policies set, seeking to promote win-win partnerships over the long term.
  • You organise your work independently and in a structured manner, which allows you to remain focused on the actions with the highest added value.
  • You can identify market needs and trends and share them within the company.
  • You will work closely with the Solvice technical team and report to the CEO.
