Strobbo is a workforce management SaaS platform that focuses on the retail and hospitality markets in BeNeLux. In addition to their payroll, planning and time tracking modules, Strobbo wanted to be the first in the market to provide a fully integrated automated rostering service for their customers.
In close cooperation with the product managers at Strobbo, Solvice expanded their OnShift API to include the regulatory constraints and objectives that are specific for the BeNeLux retail and hospitality market. Targeting a fast time to market, Strobbo ran a pilot with two prominent customers, Mc Donald's and Bavet, testing their implementation and the user experience.
Strobbo now provides a fully integrated automated rostering service for their customers that can be added to the existing modules in the form of an add-on. It is shown to improve employee satisfaction while minimizing operational costs and drastically cutting planning times.
