By default the driving times that are used by the Solvice solver are based on OpenStreetMap data. This means they are actual driving times, but they do not take into account traffic.
It is our experience that traffic has very little influence on the optimal sequence of jobs to be completed. If traffic is heavy, it is usually heavy everywhere in a region. Of course the actual drive times will vary, but not so much the optimal sequence.
In some rare cases traffic is of significant influence. Therefore we have an option to integrate traffic data in the optimization process. Note however that this will extra costs to acquire the data and integrate it in the process.
